“I was going to Virginia, to Richmond, to visit my friends out there, and at that point I had a denture on the top, and I’ve had it for years, and it broke. And I was panicking because I was leaving the next day or two days later and I didn’t know what to do. My daughter and son-in-law come to this practice and they said, “Let me see if I can get you in there,” and Dr. Pickett took me immediately and he basically … Wasn’t totally fixed, but it was fixed enough for me to do my trip, and I said, “That’s it. I love this guy. He’s great.”
I did have a bridge on the bottom, but unfortunately I had not taken care of the teeth properly and the teeth rotted, so he was able to get rid of those teeth and now I have top and bottom dentures, and I can smile again. Their staff, they put you at ease and you know that you’re in good hands, and you know that whatever you’re having done is going to be done correctly, and if there’s a problem with it, it’s their problem and they will rectify it. They’ve just been wonderful, so I am no longer afraid of dentists. This practice is fabulous. He’s amazing, and you will not be sorry.”
